    Instead of drizzling with olive oil before serving – add a pat of butter.
    Shred the potatoes and add to soup at the same time as the peas.
    (No need to run to WALMART and buy a hand blender.)

    You should soak lentils for a few hours…..keep them soaking at night and then drain the water in the morning…..this will remove the anti nutrients present in the lentils. Pls make sure you add this change in your recipe. Btw nice recipe.
