Greetings. Made this for dinner just now. Only had a jar of chargrilled peppers so added them at the rice stage. It was perfect for a Tuesday night quick meal. There are left overs for lunch tomorrow too. Will be making it again

I was looking for Spanish sauces, am so lucky w/YouTube algo it lead me here. [ 4 Spanish sauces]

My abuela is half spanish, i lost her when i was two but i always remember her callos, those chickpeas are my faves and also her espanol tortilla [potato n onions]

I may lost her but i will see her in your cooking [sniffs] i became a good cook[asian, latin, caribbean n etc.] and now i will refocus on my roots spanish fooooods.

    Muchas Gracias, noah🔥💗🇪🇸

Hello, I am curious what you think about subbing different beans in this recipe. I bought a lot of dried beans during the past year, stocking up for armegeddon, but I moved house and I don't have as much storage. Guess I'm a goner. lol Anyway, I have yellow eye beans. A lot of others too but the yellow eye seems most likely to be a good sub.

Albert: Delicious. I've not cooked yet with Arborio rice but it's a WILL-try for this one. I have a
red bell pepper left over from your previous recipe. Here goes.🤞Thanks again, and have a great
weekend. (Fan from San Francisco, California.) *!!~
