    Just made this today and it turned out excellent. I added 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper for some heat and threw in some spinach at the end as well. Had the curry with some basmati rice.

    Inexpensive, easy and fast. I'll definitely be making this meal again!

    This was an amazing recipe. I did, however, do two things differently. Instead of adding coriander and turmeric, I simply tripled the curry amount. The other thing I did was I cooked it in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours. YUM.

    Just in case anyone is interested… I make this but change 2 things. First I only use 2 cups of water instead of 3, which makes a thicker sauce, and I add 3 cap fulls of apple cider vinegar to the pot before it starts simmering. Doing those two things takes this dish from a 9 out of 10 all the way up to 11.
