I have to try making the pork chops in gravy like you made your's and the ones you cooked is looking great and I have to try making them in the Instant Pot since I normally cook them in a skillet.

I just made this and I used half and half about a 1/2 cup I wasn't making as much. I also used 1 cup chicken broth. However I found it was not smooth on the sauce it was kind of like the half and half curdled. Did you know why?

Another way you could try this is with cream of mushroom soup for the liquid.

Cooked this just exactly as she directed. Pork chops were dry as leather. Gravy was wonderful. Didn't work well. Don't know what went wrong.
