Excellent dish! I also like it for dessert, where you slow simmer slices in a little cream, and add peel and juice of one orange to it at the end, season to taste. No sugar needed. It's decadent.
Hi, another delicious and nutritional serving. I prefer eating mine just boiled with some butter mashed , have not tried paprika or parsley. Something different to enjoy. Thank you for sharing.
The only sweet potato dish I have ever liked is Sweet Potato Pie. I might try this recipe using a lot more garlic and using a larger amount of paprika (the hot kind) to see if I like it. It's a super nutritious veg so got to try.
