Can I use sour cream or mayo. I don't like yogurt

Oh my gosh looks so good and refreshing and I love lemon. Can’t wait to make 😋 only thing is how would it be if I substituted the avocado oil to olive oil? I don’t like avocado hope it won’t ruin it if I switch the oil😱 I do also have sesame oil if that could work.
