Just wondering if the dressing would taste good if I replaced the sunflower seed with hemp seed? Just worried about the omega 6 to omega 3 ratio of sunflower seeds at this time.

Hi! I'd like to purchase bundles as a gift but don't yet know to whom I'll give them. Do I just buy them one by one to myself and then send the download e-mails to whome I choose?

Doesn't Matt eat grains or legumes at all? If not, I guess that proves we can get enough protein from just eating plants. Dr McDougall has said that if we just ate potates and nothing else we'd get enough protein. But Dr Greger would probably find fault with what Matt eats because he wouldn't be able to check off many of the items on his Daily Dozen list.

We keep greens in mason jars. We have had spinach, power greens mix, romaine, and spring mix last for two weeks. We just make sure the greens are dry prior to storing. Cabbage has lasted over a month.

I enjoyed this interview and Matt Bennett's presentation. I especially resonated with his emphasis on the rainbow colors of a salad. This guides me, as well, because it guarantees the quality and diversity of the nutrition. Ditto, I always make sure sprouts are in my salads. Yes, loved the bowl, as well. Very pleasant afternoon with this broadcast.🙏

Hey Chef AJ. Is the address on the bottom of your emails a good address to send you something. I have a crystal bell I can give you. I think it might be quieter..☺️
