Steph, I was making breakfast for dinner tonight, and your video popped up. I didn't have Vermont Cheddar, but I did have Vermont Goat cheese. I put that in my beschemel and sharp cheddar on top. Instead of bacon chips sprinkled, I had sausage patties and side of cheesy scrambled eggs. It was so yummy, my hubby actually said it was good. He never compliments my cooking, so that was a Michelin Star to me. Lol

Daaang; where do you get such wonderful potatoes? Nice and big with straight sides for easy peeling; they don't sell em like that at my store! But I'm going to try to grow some like that this year by spacing the plants further apart. 🙏🙏🙏
