    Oh, wow! I might see crocuses this week, or in the next few Sunny days (then we're supposed to get snow)…I love asparagus. Usually I roast a lot and eat the spears with dip or dressing…I like your soup for its simplicity…no weird creams (although I love cream)…and the potato gives some heartiness…Thanks for the Immersion Blender tip, too….Thumbs Up, as usual…
