    Over the months I ave seen you use LMNT in recipes as a flavor component. I'm wondering if you could make a list or maybe do a vlog on some of your favorite uses of LMNT in recipes. It seems like a good way to get my electrolytes. Thanks

    Your recipe from 2021 for the Cream Cheese Muffins calls for 4 eggs & 8 oz of cream cheese. Do you prefer the recipe with less cream cheese? Or did you just sub out the feta/goat cheese for the cream cheese?

    My goodness, the possibilities really are endless w/this recipe. I am also trying to move beyond the sweet flavors, at least the added sweetener levels of it. It didn't take long before plain heavy cream began to taste sweet, though I'm avoiding it presently.
    Thank you for encouraging variety Anita~ while I know some folks are content to keep their options simple & repetetive, I'm not one of them. I love to cook & have a variety of texture & flavor on my plate. I think I might try a bit of mushroom & bacon w/the feta cheese…or some roasted garlic maybe.. who knows =) Thanks again~ Samantha

    I love your videos. I have been on a carnivore diet for one month. I lost 10 pounds the first week. Then I have gained 3 and I stuck. I don't know what to do to restart the weight loss.

    I eat the three B's and E but not sure why I stopped loosing weight

    I'm a fan of vanilla in cheesecake (and not citrus) and I'd top the savory one with some marinara, mozzarella, Italian seasonings, and ground beef or ground sausage, not a pepperoni fan but I'd consider it as well.
