If you are concerned about carb count in the Orange Marmalade, consider that you are not even using a serving and that the recipe makes CUPS of sauce that you can save for later and you are only using a couple tablespoons of it! Everything in moderation! -Em

Ladies. I made both dishes tonight and think they are genius! Soooo good and completely curbed my Chinese food cravings. The pancake mix as a batter is so inventive. I love the channel!

You’re leaving half of the garlic in the press if you don’t peel it first. If you pound the the garlic with the flat of a knife blade against the counter, it’ll take 10 seconds, and it’s totally worth the effort!

Love your content. I’m getting a little discouraged but I’m going to keep trucking. Question: did you eat the same thing when you were losing or did you keep changing up your menu? I’m at a stall. Also, when you did the egg fast, how many did you eat each day? I’m so excited that y’all are the same height I am. It’s hard finding tall keto YouTubers. Lol. I’m 5”10’ and stuck at 230lbs. I had gotten down to 215lbs but gained back last year. I started at 270lbs.

You know, I get that the Keto diet is restrictive as all hell, but honestly, I'm so over people calling something it isn't. Cauliflower rice is crumbled cauliflower. It's not rice. It will never be rice, and calling it that doesn't make it taste any more like rice than making garlic taste like chocolate because of a name change. It's no offense to you guys. I love your channel, but it is just so counter-productive for the keto world to hijack food and calling things what they are supposed to be simulating when they don't even come close. Not to mention, it kills any inspiration in anyone wanting to try keto if they go in thinking they can have "rice" and "bread" and whatever else the Keto world pushes as something it's mimicking.

I've been thinking cereal lately and have made the "cinnamon toast crunch", "cap'n crunch" and just found a "salted caramel" recipe from ruledme. All of these are done with pork rinds…I CAN SEE YOU ROLLING YOUR EYES, STOP THAT! haha Anyhow, how's about you two come up with some more pork rind cereals. If they're done right, they're fantastic. I never even mess with the suggestion for refrigerating or putting in an oven. I always just break up the rinds, pour on the melted fat, and sprinkle all the dry stuff (including a dash of salt cause salt makes everything better) and then a splash of heavy cream. When I do it this way I can get just the right amount of flavor that I like. Let's see what you can come up with…maybe "fruit loops" (hint…unsweetened kool-aid mixes? idk) or some other iconic cereals? You are so fun to watch and your sarcasm just about has me ROTF. 😂

Wow AND yay! This is my husband's favorite take-out EVER, he's a huge orange chicken & fried rice guy~ & it's something I haven't re-created yet, so thanks girls! Pretty sure you might get a note from him too, at some point…we're old enough to be your parents btw, so no worries there, meaning if some random guy named Dan shows up to thank you=) He's still rolling off the thrill that was homemade zero carb ice cream last night- so good. I scraped vanilla beans & everything 🙂 Such an amazing wife I am, seriously.

Wow! I need to try your recipe. I've been doing protein powder and pork rinds mix for my batter for the last year or so but I am definitely trying yours. Also I don't use marmalade, while my sauce is cooking I add orange peel for the flavor and that seems to work perfectly (in case anyone doesn't want to use marmalade 😁)
So excited to try your recipe, I think I'm repeating myself now 🤣
