    J’ai fait une recette similaire hier avec un bouillon pratiquement pareil mais j’ai mis mes légumes que j’ai pris frais dans le bouillon et mes filets de porc sur mes clayettes sous pression à Hi 3 minutes et j’ai relâché la pression après environ 7 minutes. J’ai sortie mes filets pour les éponger pour ensuite faire un rubs avec un mélange similaire aux siens sauf que moi je rajoute de la cassonade aux épices. Je les ai remis sur mes clayettes en laissant mes légumes aux fonds dans le bouillon et j’ai fait cuire à air fried les filets à 365 degrés Fahrenheit pour 7 minutes et je les ai retourné pour les faire cuire à nouveau à 365 pour 5 minutes. Et ils étaient incroyable et juteux et mes légumes étaient parfaits. Je vais refaire la recette à coup sûr et j’en ai profité pour tester mes épices épicure que je viens d’acheter et je vous dirais que je suis très satisfaite du résultat. On n’a pas besoin d’en mettre beaucoup pour que le goût de notre viande et de nos légumes soit goûteux.

    Love love love this video and recipe! I cannot wait to make this. I have one question.
    My grocery store didn’t have these ribs that you’re using so I picked up 2.5 lbs of pork center cut boneless spare ribs. There are 10 in a package and they are about 4-6 inches in length. I can still put them around the basket like you did. But what would you suggest for cook time? Would it still be 22 minutes? Thanks so much! Xo♥️
