Chef: I can't use anything but scrambled eggs. Nobody in my place likes fried eggs (except me). I was worried they would burn unless I took them out and added them back in because I was concerned at Medium High. Will it work without burning (scrambled eggs)? You are the man. Everybody in the neighborhood must love you.

I used sausage link sausage instead of bacon. I like my eggs just like you. I doubled the recipe for meal prep. My better half loves it.

This will be in our rotation breakfast, at least three times a month.

Man, that whole skillet would be an all-day meal for me. I'm hungry right now…
Only things I'd do differently would be to definitely add onion, peel the potatoes, and take out some of the bacon-fat. Lotta potatoes I get, got dark spots under the skin (bruised?), so I don't want any "surprises" in my taters. And I looove bacon, but all that fat in the pan could make the whole meal heavy and greasy. And onion in a country skillet is a must!

Love it-have my mom's cast iron pans (restored them) & make my cornbread & everything else in them. Cast iron is Queen in my home…did my bacon & eggs today for breakfast with some banana pancakes.

Bro I've got to stop watching your channel! I went from cooking every now and then to becoming the main cook in the house! We love what you do. Side note, I always cooked my bacon whole and then crumbled. So much better to chop them up first. Thank you!
