I just keep thinking the only buttons I'd use are the 'other function' buttons (like Yogurt, steam, saute, etc) then the manual button. I never use the 'smart program' buttons as I just set it to a time manually and go.

The cosori seems like better quality and a much better deal with all the accessories you get with it, too. Seems like you can still benefit from the large instant pot community because it looks like you can still figure out what to do from one to the other. I've been able to do it with my Wolfgang Puck electric pressure cooker from instant pot directions, etc. I'm set on getting a cosori now. Most of the reviews out there seem to show that it seems better for me.
I also like that you can purchase the instant pot accessories and they'll work just fine for the cosori.
I think if you're ever going to do a big family dinner – like a thanksgiving or Christmas dinner with lots of family over at your house that you'd definitely need 2. Also, if you're making yogurt in one and need to make dinner in the other one you'd need them both. Even if you do a LOT of batch cooking for freezer meals for busy days 2 would be the way to go!

Hi ! Very helpful! I have a question though, I live in Europe and the premium 8 in 1 cosori is not available here. We only get the 7 in 1, in this case what would you say, buy an instant pot duo or cosori 7 in 1 ? It would have been a no brainer if the 8 in 1 were available here … Sigh. Thank you !

Your review was extremely helpful! I almost bought an Instant Pot on Amazon Prime Day, and I'm glad I waited. I'd heard of Cosori, but I hadn't researched the difference yet. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. 🙂 (P.S. It's always fun to know how people find my YouTube channel, so I thought I'd tell you that I just found your channel after watching Mark Rasmussen's most recent video. You commented before me, and your "Mommy Chats" photo and title caught my eye. So glad I checked out your channel!)

Love your review! I have had both gave InstantPot to stepdaughter who works long hours with 2 little ones 😊 I like the Cosori better! Especially the extras it comes with. The extra seal ring comes in handy when cooking things that can stain or leave "flavors/odors"🤔 I got the Cosori after seeing review Jenn Mowan did(also had a discount code so no brainer to try since I knew kids or 1 of my sister's would want). Now I need to get atleast 4 more for gifts this year! It is nice to have to turn it "on" gives you time to get everything ready.

Thank you so much for this video! My brother and friends were telling me that the instant pot is "the best thing since sliced bread" and I was researching and researching and I came across the Cosori. I love that it has a brown rice function and a pasta boil function ! I love that Cosori sautè you can choose temp. I'm sold on price and that it's a bit easier to get in my opinion! Thank you Hun and I would love to see a brown rice comparison for cooking and taste! Thanks I enjoyed and learned a lot!
