    i usually use my instant pot for the corned beef but this year for st paddys day i used my slow cooker (yes i still have my slow cooker) i added two cloves of garlic n the corned beef was real tasty maybe you can give is more ideas to use the instant pot for other meals i use the instant pot for my jook n soups n stews

    Aloha Auntie! I totally agree with you! Instant Pot is the way to go! Much faster and efficient! Less footprint! And the house don't get all heated up with humidity! I like your choice of spices! I sometimes make 2 in the IP together. I put one up on one rack! I take the meat out then put the veggies in separately. Mahalo!

    When I make my corned beef from package I boil it in water with the spice pack for about 3 hrs. the remove the meat and put on pan and coat top with a mixture of ketchup,yellow mustard and brown sugar and cook for 1 hr. the meat comes out so tender. .
