Awesome memories for sure of moms and granny's. My husband and I still make the way you do, but we roast the cabbage and carrots in the oven with olive oil and seasoning. We roast cauliflower too then whip it like potatoes and serve it in a bowl with broth over it. Yum!

EXCELLENT!!!🎉🎉 My butchers recommend, if its a supermarket corned beef, remove from packaging and given ut a very quick rinse.. Then once in cooking vessel, add a 12 oz. bottle of beer and 2 tablespoons of pickled seasoning besides water to cover. In the Many years of cooking corned beef and cabbage, I've Never been disappointed. Better than any other you've ever had!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
