THIS LOOKS LIKE AN EXCELLENT RECIPE….I AGREE WITH YOU, I think it could use more cheese on top……….I love Hot Pepper Cheese that is what I will use…..I definitely am making this recipe…..never seen you make this before…..is it a new recipe ? I love squash, especially the small yellow squash…..so hoping to see you dish it up and how Mr. Brown liked it…..but of course I think he likes anything you make…..but somethings you make he has a certain glow when he knows you made it lol…..keep the good recipes coming…..going to see if my Daughter want to make it for her next Church Pot Luck….she says she running out of ideas…..so will definitely send her this one…..hopefully she will make it before I do and I'll get some of it…..😋🤩…..7/8/23

Miss Lori, I hope this text finds you and Mr Brown in good health. I wanted to let you know that I made the cookie recipe you made when you helped your daughter with her Homemade sweet boxes for Christmas. They're so good. Thank you for being a loving person. Thank you.

I love home made sour kraut. Had a friend whose mom used to make it. He would bring it to work and we would eat it right out of the jar. Greetings from North Mississippi.

Yummmmy! This Saturday, July 1st. I just made the most awesome bean soup outta my home canned great northern beans, 1 quart, 1 quart home canned chicken stock and of course added carrots, celery and onion and simmered all. Had and added some leftover ham cubes from last fall spiral ham and it is delicious. Used this recipe to make the cornbread for 2 using White Lily self rising corn meal mix and as instructed instead of the regular cornmeal, flour and baking powder and baked in my Ninja Foodi grill in my 6 inch cast iron skillet. AWESOME!!! Thanks so much, Ms. Lori for the cornbreat for 2 recipe. It's just me and I hate wasting food! Eating with a side of home canned corn relish….soooooo stinkin' good!

Lori I made that squash/zucchini casserole today and yum yum! Needed to get something cooked for Sunday dinner tomorrow to go with pork chops and this is it. I live alone and Sunday Dinner isn’t what it used to be and when I get home from church I don’t want to cook and going out to eat alone isn’t any fun (& too expensive) so this casserole and a pork chop or even a grilled chicken breast and salad is plenty! & I get it cooked on
Saturday so when I get home I eat and have the rest of the day to rest, meditate , NAP!, or do a little relaxing crochet. Love this casserole it’s a keeper👍! Be Blessed!!

Thanks Lori for this in the nick of time to use up our squash and tomatoes from the garden :). We're in TX so going to add in jalapenos (also from the garden) and pepper jack cheese. Great idea for something different for supper.
