This is my favorite kitchen appliance do7.pl/Power I've made everything from Roast Beef to cheesecake and rice pudding which always comes out with professional results this appliance is money well spent i even made a 13lb Turkey in 40 minutes and it was fall off the bone delicious very good for quick and hearty meals!! The parts it comes with have not given me any problems including the inner pot and if you dont use metal utensils and scratch up the nonstick surface it will last a long time it is also very easy to clean and as a word of advice make sure you pop out and clean the inner lid and seal after each use with mild dish soap and water. if you dont have one what are you waiting for!!! I highly recommend you Buy one you wont regret it!!! Also i did not get paid in any way for this. This is my honest assessment of this must have product….

I own the Pressure Cooker XL 10 quart… is that what yours is? I am interested in cooking 2 corned beef at once, but just wanna make sure the machine can handle it. I seem to recall adding the cabbage and carrots on their own separately at the end after removing the meat as I seem to remember not having enough room to add all the vegetables in the pressure cooker on top of the meat… did you take your 2 briskets out and then cook the veggies in the pot separately? We like a lot of cabbage, corn, and potatoes with ours 🙂
This is not a criticism, but like most cooking shows, they SHOW YOU THE COOKED PRODUCT and do a lot of ooohsss. and ahhssss as they sample the cooked food.
I wanted to see how it came out, so on future videos, I suggest you include the ending as well, when you open the cooker and eat it, even if that is a second video called PART II.
I played this to get some different cooking is ideas. I did happen to see some things that I thought I would note it here for anyone. It could help add the flavor to your meal. Searing the meat adds flavor only. You should not have that much liquid and the 2 pieces of meat in such a small space with that much liquid is more like boiling the meat. Sure it browned a little but that is not searing. You may want to try not adding all of the liquid when you sear at home until you have a nice sear on. I prefer to sear with a hot iron skilled and the more you brown it, the more flavor profile you are building into the meat. Thank you for the video J Donnelly ! What do you use for seasoning. Finally, if you want to smoke in your pressure cooker you add about and inch or less of liquid so that you are steaming the meat vs boiling it. Thought I would throw out some add'l comments ..ideas. Hopefully it will help out those new chefs out there. God Bless!!
+cbijames7 did you use the chicken meat setting for an hour? My only complaint about this cooker is that I can't figure out which of the settings are considered high pressure/ low pressure. If you have that figured out, please share…
