I love the flavor of these (in fact my kids liked these better than the S version!) but they were super crumbly and stuck to the mold. Any idea why? I'm thinking because they don't have the fat of the cheese and I was skimpy on the oil since it's FP. I let the egg mixture sit overnight and followed all the hacks of letting it natural release and then sit on the counter for a bit. Thanks for the recipes! They are really making a crazy week easier!

I have a very similar recipe, too and they are sooo good. I've been a THM for about 5 years now and LOVE IT! I sometimes use a tiny bit of parmesan, too, or to be honest, sometimes it's the leftovers that go in them, but they are always delish!
