Spinach, peppers and onion. 3 kinds of cheese… (if you're not blind) it's clearly feta, cottage cheese and for the shredded do what you like. And obviously egg whites. Find any baked egg white cup recipe online (there's plenty to choose from) and bake at that temp and time.
