Comparing this video to your most recent albondigas cooking video, it sure does show how much you have grown.
I made my albondigas today and used your recent video. It came out awesome. @claudiaregalado

What did you do? That looks awful! 😭😭 NEVER BOIL MEATBALLS IN WATER! OH NO! NO NO NO! MY EYES HURT! 😭😭 you should have cooked them in a beef broth…. and added THAT to your "broth." Oh my lanta. I cant get over how gray the meatballs are! Next time, please, try a beef broth!!

Made this and turned out DELICIOUS! The technique of this recipe works on a few levels:
    – boiling meatballs in water: allows the meatballs to be purified and you can skim off impurities as they cook and won't be in the final soup
    – boiling vegetables in concentrated broth: allows the veggies to get a lot of bolder broth (blender) flavor before adding meatballs and that water
    – adding meatball broth: better than just thinning the concentrated broth with water, use what you just made!

Thank you and hope to make many more recipes from your channel! I've already made 3 this week 🙂

I made this recipe twice, first time the way you suggested, the second time I did it with the broth ( adding the beef and tomato bouillon) the second time the meatballs had more flavor. Just thought I'd share with you. Great recipe thank you.

Made albondigas for the first time and decided to go with your recipe, since they’re like 1000 of different ways to make this dish lol but this one was bomb.
