It’s overcooked
Looks drier than menopause pussy
I really want to like this video. You made it simple and easy to follow but, too much was lacking. The original 55 minutes looks like it would have been enough time. I prefer my meats well done but, this roast looks over cooked and looking dried.
You really should show how easy or difficult cutting into the roast is after using the pressure cooker on such a cut of meat typically known to be tough.
The sear function is your friend
Add 1/2 cup of red wine to your recipe! And brown/sear the meat before you cook it.
That’s not a instant pot, a pressure cooker is a pressure cooker but that isn’t a instant pot.

It's just big enough for one-two person household to make meals in it. The recipes for this appliance is easy to follow and doesn't require a lot of effort to make meals! I love that you can just throw everything in and it takes less time to make meals versus trying to do it with more than one appliance.

Hi Eddie! The roast looked great! I love my pressure cookers. I have 2. One with no presets..Its old but it still works and one with all the presets and even a yogurt button! I use it nearly every day. I hardly use my oven and stove anymore between my pressure cooker, air fryer and my ninja 3&1. Hi to Juli! I hope you are well!

YUM! Beef is so delicious. I don't have an instant pot, but I do love eye of round roast, especially for slicing thin to use on sandwiches. I like this method http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/a-perfect-eye-of-round-roast-beef-411314#activity-feed although I use my own seasonings and I omit the oil. Turns out perfect every time.
