Hi. Thank you for posting this video. Your dish looks delicious. I just got my Instant pot last weekend but I've already made several dishes. If I could make a suggestion that I learned from another YouTube chef…instead of manually releasing the steam, if you allow it to dissipate on it's own the meat will be more tender and you won't have to restart the cooking time.
