Thanks Jessica. I haven’t tried a whole lot of condiments canning so I’m looking forward to that this year. You inspired me to make my own yogurt and it’s perfect every time so I’m not going back to store bought. And more importantly, you are inspiring me to “ cook up MY cans” as I had a ferocious canning fury the summer of 2020 when I got furloughed. 😂 My canning room looked like a grocery general store out of the 1800! I skipped last year and things look more normal now and I’m pushing through my cans so I can put up more fresh stuff as yay… the garden is going again.

This is yet another great video.
I am going to try the cranberry chicken!! We do a casserole with my canned chicken, gravy, cranberry sauce and stuffing. It's baked until golden and bubbly.
I bet that would be great served with stuffing or potatoes, too.
There are various sizes of tapioca, I believe that they're even used for Boba Drinks.

Did a google for you :
Add milk or cream to soften the cheese without changing the taste. Place 8 oz (225 g) of cream cheese in a bowl, then add about 1 tsp (4.9 mL) of milk or unsweetened cream to the cheese and stir it well. If you need to, add a little more until the cream cheese is the consistency you're looking for.

Is is sort of how we make Jewish brisket or chicken. 1 can of any kind of tomato product, 1 can whole bean cranberry sauce, 1 package onion soup mix, onions and carrots, a little wine and a chicken or pot roast. cook on 350 in the oven or in crockpot until falling apart.

That pudding looked so yummy! To make it look “pretty” You could have done a take on a trifle with the pudding, jam and fruit! I’m not sure if you have ever had fried pickles but OMG they’re so good!

The title says cooking "ip" my cans instead of cooking "up" my cans! I'm sure everyone knows what this series is lol. Keep up the awesome videos

The strawberries would look cool placed against the inside of the jar. Just to add a decorative touch to a yummy pudding.
I am pretty sure you add the vanilla last so the alcohol in it does not evaporate which would cause the flavor to be not as strong.
