Action Kooking with Action Kid! That looks like Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce from the folks who make that (often imitated, never duplicated) Rooster Sauce! I put that 🐓 on everything! Yummo!
I made it AK and it was excellent. It was very delicious! I highly recommend it to those who haven't tried it yet. I spiced mine up too but I like it spicy. For those who don't love spicy they might want to do a taste test and add a little garlic chile sauce at a time until they capture the desired amount of heat. I threw mine in by the heaping teaspoonfuls. Lol I always use fresh ginger and even had some in stock but I went with the ginger powder so I wouldn't alter it from the way that you presented it. I've made similar Asian sauces that are very good too but yours had a slightly different twist to it with the garlic chile sauce which I liked. This recipe is definitely a keeper:-) Thank you AK.
