There is spray you put on furniture to keep kitties from scratching at pet stores. I would spray the underside of the tree &/or squirt kitten w a water bottle. Thats how we trained ours.

Get a spray bottle of water and spray the kitten each time it goes in the tree. After a few times of spraying, sometimes just seeing the spray bottle will stop the cat and you don't have to keep spraying them. Also, keep plenty of fun things for her to do on the opposite side of the room.

Squirt gun from the dollar store for the kitty! I know some don’t like it, but that’s what we have always done to teach our cat to stay off the counters and away from certain things. He still loves us 😻

Love your videos! I'm not a mom yet, but I am a grad student so cooking easy and cheap meals is a must. Ramen is one of my craving foods. I'll fancy it up with chicken or beef, onion, garlic, ginger, and veggies for dinner. My husband and I really like it.

Put the tree up without ornaments at first. I leave mine for a week while the cats get used to it. Also Tin Foil on the bottom branches scare them. Sometimes a blanket underneath gets them to curl up and sleep under it instead of climb!

You could try Aluminum Foil…..I use that kinda crinkled up on my kitchen table to keep the cat off …….Maybe a foot tall fence around it nay divert the Cat too ?? Just don't put Tinsel on It—They will eat it and it will kill them !!!!!!

Sybil is such a cutie!!! I've had curly hair my entire life, I HATED getting my hair brushed so much that I got knots when I was little that had to be cut out. I wish the wet detangle brushes were around when I was little…it would've helped so much!! Not Your Mother's is a good line and didn't weigh my hair down. I just recently started using the new suave cream curl cream..it would last a long time too. I've been using it almost all year, 3 pumps before scrunching it but my hair is past my shoulders.

I have curly hair and I hated my hair growing up, but my mom never put any hair product in my hair so if you know what curly hair looks like when you comb it through… I looked like a 🦁 lion all the time, but now that I’m grown I love my curly hair all I use is mouse and when it’s drying I add hairspray if you want volume in it just scrunch it with my hands or if I want to see my curls just defined leave it just.the way it is…

My in laws used to put a baby gate up around their tree at night… Didn't always work, tho! My brother's family keeps tree and presents in a room with a door that the cat can be shut out of … (Wrapped presents were even more amazing to their cats once under the tree! 🤣) Best of luck!

Let me just say you are a fantastic hard working Mama! Ignore those haters! My cat growing up didn’t climb our christmas tree. He just loved the boxes with clothes to snuggle in. He also loved chewing the bows to the presents. Good luck getting your cat to stop climbing the christmas tree! I’m sure you’ll get some advice! Your kids are so cute!

I have two new kittens… we use a heavy duty spray bottle with water and keep it near the couch. Every time they play with the tree they get squirted and they HATE it. Sniffing is ok, being near it is fine. But training them first thing is so important otherwise it’s a yearly problem 😅 now… some cats don’t mind water in which case a splash of vinegar in the spray bottle will be more efficient for those cats. And the spray bottle needs to be good quality with a far reach.

My cat did that as a kitten. I bought Comfort Zone Scratch Deterrent off Amazon. Spray your tree. Make sure not to spray the cat! I'd say I sprayed about 4 pumps on the tree once a day or every other day. I didn't have problems after using this. Does not leave an odor.
