Oh a chicken piccata-ish sauce but with schnitzel, I love that idea! I've been using my electric pressure cooker on the sous-vide function to put the chicken breast (vacuum sealed) in from frozen with compound butter. It's so lazy but feels fancy. It takes 2-4 hours.

Your experience is very enriching for me!

I could be your mom and yet it's you who teach me so much about making "from scratch" or this "pantry challenge"!

Thank you for your shares! 🤗🤩

(and in addition I am improving my English! ) 😊

Howdy I am joining pantry challenge by cleaning out my freezer in kitchen. There are so many things I stuck in here to save. I’ve looked, smelled and tasted…don’t know what they are🥲has anyone come across a removable label that endures the freezer?

Hi Becky, my husband is a recently retired meat cutter. He was surprised to see the round bone Chuck roast. You can’t get these in the grocery store anymore because they are all boned out. There are about 3 roasts in a quarter. He says these are less tough than the other Chuck roast. You get these because you buy your beef from a rancher.

Becky, you are too young to have watched Julia Childs on TV. But I swear I feel like I am watching one of her episodes when I watch your cooking videos. You are such a joy to watch, and I am so thankful you chose to start a channel. It is a pleasure truly .

We don’t drink alcohol at all so I typically use a low sugar apple juice and a dash of vinegar to make sauces. That chicken looks amazing. So proud of you for following your dreams. Can’t wait to see your finished garden.

I just made a shepherds pie for dinner, inspired by you, using up some frozen veggies. You inspire me all the time and I am so thankful for you! Thanks for sharing your life and kitchen with us. You are a blessing.

Hey Becky I had seen on another channel where they take a small towel & cover the lid of the crockpot to help reduce the escape of heat/steam from the slow cooker. Roast looked yummy!!

Your chickens are still not laying? Several friends of mine were having the same challenge and they stopped using store bought feed and began making their own. Their egg production started back up almost immediately!
