I haven't tried it yet, but heard we can put a piece of balloon in the garlic press and press the garlic thru the balloon, then pull out the balloon with all your pressed garlic in it… no need to wash the garlic press, or try to get the bits of garlic out of the holes

I immediately noticed that the soup looked like sotanghon and it made me hungry because it it my favorite dish
