Lovely to hear about your forebears’ collecting of recipes & cooking. My experience is similar. I have many (spattered 🤪) home recipe books & creating WFPB recipes is now my main hobby. I love your notebook ❤️ I visited Grenada a few years ago, went round the nutmeg plant, chatted with the ladies who sort the nutmegs/mace by hand & brought home lots of nutmegs. I always use whole nutmegs now & hand grate fresh each time. Love it 😍 Thank you Tami
