    It’s so hard to keep up with you guys haha! I missed this live because I was watching Chef AJ. Chef Julia Dunaway’s book is gorgeous and such a lovely tribute to her mother. So far I have only looked at her book in this amazing bundle – thank you for demonstrating one of her recipes! It was brave of you to do it live!! It’s so fun to see the bundle contributors highlight each other’s recipes. I love the “heads up” on bundle contents.

    What knives would you suggest, brand name, etc…my family, namely my brother, got me a chef and pairing knife from ‘wusthof’ for my birthday years ago. Of course he is a a master chef, but they don’t stay sharp for long…perhaps I just need to run it through an edger, more often…I really like they are from Germany lol….BMW, of kitchen knives….any suggestions for sharpening or other brands…that keep,the sharpness longer….it’s all about getting the perfect cut…do magnetic holders dull the knives…maybe there is a trick to keeping them sharp…signing out “Seattle Slew” 🐴
