It’s only myself, my son and my dad here but I love watching your videos. They give me ideas of food that I could try for my family. ❤️🙂 Just yesterday my dad was saying that “ you have to much food stocked up” I told him that I watch YouTube videos of people that stock up way more than I do. 😂😂

To Clean burnt on pans and your stove. Make up a paste of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda and apply it to the burnt bits. Leave for a few minutes and clean it off with some warm water. Hope works for you. Followed you for a long time. Really enjoy your videos.

Instead of probiotic sour cream, I use plain Greek yogurt. Same benefits for less money. I’ve actually stopped buying sour cream at all and sub the yogurt in every situation where I would normally have used the sour cream.

I made my first freezer bake. It was a Mexican dish. Fixed two. Ate one for dinner. It was delicious! It's a start, it's just me and my husband. So dinner really need 40 meals but I'll make as many as I can. Thanks you for your inspiration. God bless you and your family!

I'm sorry you've been having such problems with your back. I have 2 deviated discs and 2 compressed discs in my lower spine and I often have to pull up a rolling computer chair to the stove top and cook. And I do my prep work sitting at the table because it is lower and puts less strain on my back. Some days are better and I can use the island, but not as much anymore. When we redesign the kitchen one day, we will make it wheelchair accessible.

Goal for 2023 is to start making freezer meals for me and my daughter. Just for those nights when I’m not sure what to make and a way to save money on food shopping

If the gravy in the Swedish meatball casserole tastes something like brunsås, the gravy traditionally served with meatballs, I highly recommend you add a good helping of thyme next time! Mushrooms are a great addition too, although not as traditional. Your recipe is a bit different than most Swedish families would make theirs, but I imagine it tastes very similar. Never thought to make it into a casserole dish! That’s a brilliant idea actually. I’ll try it!

I know you use glass, but do you prefer glass pans or the disposable foil pans for storing? I want to use the foil but I feel like those would collapse easier :/
