Very nice demo but please don't buy this
product! I did and was very happy with the cooking results. I bought mine on
9/2/18 and used it 3 times the first week. I stored it in my closet in it's
original box because I don't have cabinet space for it. Brought it out last
week and cooked 2 pork roast, "for pulled pork" which came out great.
That's a total of 5 times using it. Brought it out again this morning and rinsed the pot, to cook 2 more. I noticed shiny spots in the bottom of the pot. On a closer look the coating was coming
off in several places. I only used wooden or plastic made for coated pans to
remove or stir anything I had in the cooker. Never stored anything in it
either. I'm over my 60 day warranty so they can't do anything to help me. I
have 7 more roast to cook for a Benefit, guess I'll do it the old fashion way
"takes 24hrs" in a crock pot. Guess I'll keep it for canning. My
suggestion is to buy one with a pot that's not coated!

Great product>>>ur2.pl/1035 i've had earlier versions of electric pressure cookers and either sent one back and donated the other. They were clunky, heavy and not user friendly. I saw a demo on this one and decided to give it another try. There is a small learning curve but, so far, I'm impressed and very happy with the purchase. It's quick, easy and the clean up is a breeze.

I highly recommend this DELICIOUS recipe! Thank you Shaneil. I used a Boston Butt, which I was told by a butcher has tender, next to no throw away meat to it. I agree with his recommendation of the cut. I added only 1 1/3 cups of chicken broth & when I removed the Butt from the cooker, I also poured the broth from the pot and reserved it. When I added the pulled pork back to the cooker, I added slightly more BQ sauce than reserved broth, to make the consistency to our liking, For days, I used a bit of leftover broth on my dogs kibbles and they are also a fan of this recipe. My family send their thanks Shaneil, for the delicious fail safe pulled pork recipe.

I do not sear my pork…I just rub it and put it in the cooker for 14 hours and let it cook in its own juices. It comes out great, that is in a slow cooker though. Just be sure to add some liquid into a pressure cooker with the pork since it cooks quicker. I like 60 minutes for my pork depending on the size of it. Yummy!!!!!

Pork Butt and Pork Shoulder are the same cut of meat and come from the same part of the pig, the shoulder. It is called Butt because the barrels, that the pork was stored in during shipping in the old days, were called Butts. That is how the name "Pork Butt" started but the cut of meat is actually from the shoulder. I like the picnic roast because it usually has a bone inside for more flavor. Yummy!

Great video! Something you might want to try: I have been doing pulled pork in a pressure cook for awhile and just tried doing it in a pie pan so that it doesn't sit in the liquid. I have found the pork is much more tender and less stringy.

I have a question. I see where she patted the seasoning into the meat. I didn't do that. will it matter, since it will get covered up by the sauce, anyway?

Just a note to u, the pork butt IS the pork shoulder.ย  I do not know why they call it that though.ย  Boston Butt, Pork Butt, Pork shoulder are all the same.ย  Great video !

A very good video! Thanks for sharing. A suggestion from me would to add liquid smoke and half of the bbq sauce then pressure cook it. I really do like your method and you come across in a very pleasant way. I'm subscribing!
