    We’ve cooked goose for Christmas before & it was delicious. All of the meat is dark so I really loved that. We roasted our on a rack in an electric roasting pan because a goose has a lot of grease so you need to lift it.

    Happy Anniversary to you and your husband! I just cooked my whole chicken in the Instant Pot today. I do it ahead of time so that tomorrow when I have to go into the office, I just have to come home and put it in the broiler to warm and crisp up for a quick, no-fuss dinner.

    I bet the chicken tasted delicious! I had a feeling the Insta pot would not crisp up the chicken however I wonder if you stuck it under the broiler for a couple minutes at the end if that might do the trick? And I agree the bones and skin makes the best chicken stock!
