    OMG, Tiffany! You have my mouth salivating! It's 10:30 pm and you have me wanting to go in the kitchen to cook! Now that's crazy! Your family is so lucky to have you! You do it ALL! WORK, COOK, CLEAN, DECORATE, ATTEND THEIR FUNCTIONS!!!!! They are surely blessed and I know you are as well! I just want you to know that I appreciate you and I thank you for sharing, motivating, and inspiring me to preparing better meals.     Short ribs are so delicious and such a treat! A couple weeks back I found a package of them in the bottom of our freezer (3 years old… 😂🤦🏽‍♀️). I pressure cooked them from frozen in a throw-together sauce with carrot and red onion, then served over gnocchi. I was worried about freezer burn, but nope. Just rich, tender, beefy goodness. Keeping an eye out for mark downs so I can forget about another pack for a few years. 😇🙃

    Ciao,in Italia il ragù lo facciamo diversamente!Facciamo soffriggere le verdure,dopo di che aggiungiamo carne trita di vitello,carne trita di maiale.Quando è rosolata aggiungere passata di pomodoro.Far bollire per ore!È molto buono!!!😘

    I would love the recipe for the Dressing. I looked among the listing and I didn't see it. I'd like it one other lettuce. Not a fan of the combination of lettuce you used I would use romaine or iceberg. Everything else looks good though. Can you use Honey instead of the Maple Surup? and is it a 1/4 cup of Red wine vinegar?
