Hi Robin! Congratulations on reaching 40K Subscribers. I know that took lots of work. I wanted to tell you that I made the Creamy Chicken Tacos yesterday and they were a great hit! I have a PW Instant Pot and never used the Pressure button before. I never was sure I could release all that pressure but having 5 minutes before releasing made it easy and not much pressure was left. It'll be easier from now on. Can't wait to try the BBQ Pork!

Love your videos. Have you tried cold starting yogurt (where you don’t have to boil it)? I recently found out about it and it tastes great, plus it is super easy. Key is to use ultra filtered and ultrapasteurized milk. The Fairlife milk brand (also lactose-free) is the best for this recipe.

This was a super fun video! Thanks! 🙂 Did you drain off the fat from your ground beef before you added the other ingredients, or did you just use super lean beef? I will have to try all of these recipes soon!

Hi Robin, I have been making yogurt with Fairlife Whole Ultra filtered lactose free milk. The place I found the recipe was from Pressure Luck Cooking. This was a game changer for me since you just pour 52 oz of cold milk into the pot, add 2 Tablespoons of yogurt and whisk together, then push the start button and forget about it for 13 hours. I strain mine because I like thick Greek yogurt but you could just refrigerate it when done. Thanks for putting out wonderful videos. Blessing.

I think there was an ulterior motive for the mother's day 'gift'!! hehe. I loved the recipes. I would LOVE to try taco's (I'm in the UK) but we just don't eat them here. Now I can I guess. I really want one of those Insta Pot xox (I LIVE for your cooking and cleaning videos).
