HelloFresh has a great shepherds pie recipe i like as well. In theirs they add some tomato paste and a little bit of beef bouillon to the meat. First I sauté a mirepoix mix (I buy from Trader Joe’s), then add the tomato paste, bouillon and some corn starch to thicken! ☺️ topped with mashed taters & cheese. It’s delish!

Your beef didn't look greasy but just in case anyone tries to rinse a fattier cut: don't drain grease from cuts like beef/bacon/roasts in the sink. It will re-solidify as it cools and mess up your pipes. You can take some paper towels and place it in the pan to catch extra grease or place dripping in the fridge then skim off the solids.

You sure can cook. It’s been so hot here in Florida that I’m finding it hard to cook as our house is quite roomy but the kitchen is small and I melt in there. How do you do it in an RV

Our weather here in northern IN has switched from early spring 50s to a sunny mid 80s, I just got back from a walk and really needed something to watch while I cool down. I don’t do well with quick temperature changes 😅 so basically thanks as always!
