Hi Ladies, your chicken scampi over pasta looks creamy and delicious.
scampi means better and garlic. Garlic powder is that the same. This looks good but it's not Scampi. Maybe cut up the chicken into thin slices and just cook in butter and garlic. Make the sauce on the side. What you made here was chicken Alfredo.
