I do something similar, I will cook a lot of one meal, and then put it in the freezer and when I don't have time to cook or just don't know what to make oh there's that home made pizza let's have that.

I always have bread frozen. Always my husband love my whit bread. I never made home made food before, and I make it really good. I even shocked that I could do cook like this.

Every time I cook I have disasters like you just had. You handled it so well. So, I just learned something else from you…I don't have to scream like a banshee and stomp my foot. I will try to behave with more grace as you did. Wish me luck Becky.

I love your videos! I just moved out and I’m starting to cook more (we didn’t cook much at home) and your videos make me want to even more. Thank you for making these wonderful videos!

Also, I aspire to get to your level. It’s so impressive to be able to say homegrown for so much of the ingredients you’re using

I can’t express how amazing this girl is – she’s really inspiring me. It would be so nice to feel more in control of meals. First step for me is to use up all the random odd store bought stuff in my freezer so I can make room!

Minute mark 28:39. Since the first time I saw β€˜Spurtles’ advertised, I thought they were the dumbest thing. I saw how well they seemed to work for you in one of your videos…………..I now own a set (I think this same set) of Spurtles. πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Becky, I made the pizza crust and I have to say, it's my new favorite. My husband loved it. I would have tried some of your meals but I have no room in the freezer yet… but plan on a couple you've made. Thanks and I watch you all the time….and binge watch to check out all you've done….

Not sure how I wound up in the homesteading part of youtube– I'm an apartment dweller lol. But I wanted to say thank you for the really sensible freezer meal ideas. I keep seeing meal preps that involve way too many small containers and work to make just 2-3 servings. The stuffed peppers and lasagna ideas look great and I'll be trying them. Also your kitchen is so nice and cozy looking! I hope you have a happy and healthy summer. πŸ™‚

Hi Becky.. Loved the recipes. I am going to try some of them, I can't use corn starch or tapioca starch. I am going to try with potato starch. Anyway… What is the link for the Korean Red pepper flakes?

Becky, do you keep an inventory of what produce, food, protein you have on hand and need to use up? You mentioned that you had a lot of spaghetti squash to use up, and that made me wonder if you just keep it all in your head or if you have some sort of written inventory for the different storage areas like freezers, pantry, produce storage… Thanks so much!

Girl, I am so excited for your channel. I've been around since you had like 10k!! Remember the 25k, 100k milestones and now almost a quarter of a Million! Thats crazy. Watching this, I knew YouTube was on board with all the ads they added. They don't do that unless you have a thriving channel. Love the looks on your face! You are so expressive, whether it is a spill, or tasting something amazing. Love the content, congrats!!!

Love your channel. πŸ˜€. I would love too be able too use an electric pressure canner but, the University of Utah did a test with the electric pressure cookers and they did not pass the test. I’m just not willing to take the risk. Your kitchen your rules.

Love that you show the spills and messes. That is my everyday life. Normally after I mop. Spilled bbq sauce out of my fridge in glass shattered, mopped and then a spice fell out of my cabinet into my wine glass (plastic I'm fancy) picked it up washed the spice off, put it away and knocked the cup over again. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I cried a ton that day honestly πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ wasn't my best day ever. Mopped my kitchen over and over again. Was ready for bed and it was barely 3pm. Cried until I laughed lol

I was just asking my dad what the difference of bread flour and all purpose was. He said he had no idea and 2 minutes later here you are answering our question lol. The pizza dough looks fun to make with my 8 year old daughter, she absolutely LOVES your garden videos so much she loves the pretty colors of your garden harvest. I will go to watch a new video and see it's already watched (she has my account on her ipad) easy to keep track of what she watches that way. Never seen her watch anything bad luckily. All cooking stuff just like me. Has definitely ate more vegetables since watching your videos and since I started a small garden.

I've always wanted to freeze meals, but I'm scared I won't do it right and it will freezer burn and/or go bad 😣…so I'm definitely paying attention to all of your videos and learning how to do it correctly, so I thank you for that πŸ’•πŸ’•

Great video! I didn't think I'd watch the whole thing but stayed and watched to the end!
My question is, how do you remember/keep track of all the things you've made and have available for dinner?
