Our property taxes here are higher % but the house price is cheaper so I stay. Also, many older people get their property taxes exempted so they don't have to pay them. I heard a great quote today(also title of a book) and it reminded me of what you are saying to people, "you're broke because you want to be".-new cars, credit card debt, etc

Always hug your parents/let them hug you. I lost my dad unexpectedly when I was in my early 20s and my mom in my early 30s. I can’t tell you how much I wish I could get hugs from them now!

Food processor makes fastest and fabulous bread crumbs too. Just pulse it until you get them the way you like. Don’t just let it run. Just FYI
I put leftover bread on a plate leave the in the oven to dry then brake em up and put them in the food processor and I have bread crumbs

When I was in 9th grade I lived with my dad. I kept the house cleaned and he paid me 20.00 a week. I paid my gas and he paid for what I needed. If I wanted the expensive jeans etc. I had to pay for them
