    Fake butter, fake sugar, all to mimic high calorie food. I challenge you to produce recipes with real foods that don’t mimic foods that can cause weight gain. This is the reason i will avoid weight watchers.

    Hi Jenn, congratulations on all of your weight loss. Really great job. I was look at some of your older videos and noticed at the beginning you were just hitting 21pounds loss which was 3 years ago. Then just 1 year ago you hit 60 pounds loss. Which took 2 years to get that 40 more pounds off. What has changed that you were able to loss more than 60 pounds in 1 year? I really appreciate all you do, I just wonder what is one or two things that made the difference? Thanks for any tips you have.

    Did you see that netrition has a high protein high fiber pasta? I just noticed when I was putting in an order. I ordered one box. Its the P2 Eat Smart High Protein/High Fiber pasta. I ordered the rotini. I think its new because there are only a few reviews which is why I ordered only 1 box. One said it was gritty or grainy. There is also 10% off for labor day sale if you didn't notice.
