Making this for Thanksgiving. I just finished baking the crust and it's cooling. The crust is very tasty so far! Im going to add toasted shredded coconut to the custard also. Thanks so much for this recipie.

EDIT: This is the best keto/gluten free/sugar free dessert I have ever had or made!! It came out so perfect. I loved it. Tastes exactly like the full sugar, gluteny version.

Thank you for this recipie. It's perfect.

Said bring to a simmer. But didn’t specify a temperature so I waisted very expensive ingredients because when I added the egg yolk, it made egg drop soup. The temperature must have been too hot. Will see tomorrow if it even sets up.

What is the exact amount of sugar sub you are using. The directions have me confused when you say equal to…it's 1/4 the amount we are using or do we have to do the math

I didn't know there was such a thing as coconut cream and coconut milk. I was searching your cookbook and read the ingredients for this recipe and decided to watch the video to see the products. I love that ability to see and read the recipe. Thanks PaPa G. 😳
