I just made this recipe. It was so good that I had to have a second bowlful. The only thing I did differently was to halve the smoked paprika & substitute the difference with regular sweet paprika. This stew is definitely going into regular rotation! Thank you for sharing your recipe.

I photographed this recipe from a spanish aldi folder, like 6y ago it is called ‘lentejas a la gardinera’ but in this recipe there is a chorizo picante and a glas of white wine added. Fantastic meal!
