I've made these brownies multiple times and they're so freaking delicious
I made these, they were a hit in my household. The texture after chilling is almost fudge-like. Of course we tried them fresh out of the oven just to compare.
I tried it twice and whenever i add oil+butter to my chocolate it gets separated and broken.. is it because of temperature? or my 70% chocolate? What did i do wrong someone help 😔 first time i added everything at once like her, second time i added oil+butter at the end after the choco melted.. it broke with both 😭

The texture of these seems like it would freeze well, like you could bake them all the way then wrap securely and freeze, then just bring them out and let them come back up to room temp when you want brownies in the future.
