Hi.when there is excess chutney I convert it to morkozhambu adding the chutney with ginger , jeeragam.. try instant morkozhambu with this chutney it will taste amazing.
My father and grandpa side also are from Sirkali as well!! Mami May know my patti (Meenatchi awwa! Thelugu mami) there use to be an old elephant also in those days who were very found of my granny! I think the name of the Ella is sundharamba or something!!

My Mom when grind coconut chutney she used to take one part before seasoning, then she used to make a dish with that,Add oil inna pan add mustard onian and green chilly fry then add tomatos fry well add coconut chutney and mix it well for 5 minutes,now a days I used make that dish using leftover coconut chutney

Indeed there is potential. Saute onions and tomatoes with sambar powder add diluted chutney. Once it is boiled add vendhyam & perungayam powder, dhaniya powder and fresh dhaniya. Voila….tasty tiffin sambar..er..chutneybar
