Nan – what kind/size of jar is your stock in? Do you freeze it?

What do you serve your soup with. Do you serve it with or without a crusty type of bread.
I've always had a problem with freezing potatoes. They don't have a good texture after freezing. But I'll try freezing some of this soup. My instant pot is an 8 qt too. So, I don't have to change the recipe.
I never thought of using sweet potatoes with humus. That sounds like something I will try. I've got to tell my sister about that. I think she'll like it too!
