Sorry confused about the time. So, 20 minutes for each pound. Seeing your display saying: "5:20", that's more than 15 pounds of meat in your instant pot (?)
Yay! Thank you so much Kelly! I have a just under 3lb Chuck roast in my freezer right now, but I was thinking I would have to sous vide it to get it tender, but I don’t have a sous vide yet! I DO have an instant pot, though! Thank you so much for your helpful advice! I’m going to get some of those fat trimmings from the butcher at Publix! I’m so excited to have crispy fat to eat with my “steak bites” that I bring to work in a ziploc bag! It’s just steak cooked up in the halogen grill (air fryer) and cut into bites!
I was only using my crock pot for the odd bone brother but that is super way of doing chuck. I would have never have thought to use it for that. Thank you so much for the tip.
OK, this Instant pot thing may be a godsend to me, because the biggest problem I have with this diet is the grease that covers everything in my kitchen and living room. I usually cook with a cast iron skillet and yes I use a splatter shield, but the grease atomizes and goes literally everywhere within 30 ft of my stove. I've tried using a fan to blow the greasy air out when I was cooking, but all that did was make the fan a grease magnet. Anyone with similar problems with grease please let me know if you've found solutions.
Nice! Been seeing chuck roast sales at the market but didn’t know how I should cook it. Thank you😃

Keep em coming Kelly!
Boo yeah!
Just butter, no salt or spices?
Isn't that true? Cheapest eating regime I've ever done. And tastiest!
You are amazing!

Kelly I love your shorts! Thank you
My crockpot on low cooks it in 6 experiment! I’m adding butter next time. Usually I plop it in plain.
Oh 8 hrs if it starts out FROZEN
Love these short and easy ways to cook meat!
Hopefully we will get the update of the carnivore news lol 🤣
Nice! I just so happen to have an Instant Pot and a chuck roast. I know what I'm having tomorrow…
Do we eat the rendered fat?
Brilliantly simple, many thanks.
