I have a quick question for Chris here – and I anticipate hate coming my way, but ‐ Chris, do you think this salad is one that is accessible to a larger crowd or just a certain tier of the society. I do not know how expensive this may be in America, & I'm open to someone breaking down the price point for me, but really, how accessible is it for people who want to eat good salads but cannot afford ingredients like this.
