These days I'm eating brown rice over the white kind, for more complex carbs. You're proof that you can take the man out of Texas, but never the Tex-Mex foods out of the man ! Good stuff ! Thanks for the meal idea.
They look delicious. I'm sure I read somewhere that liking cilantro/coriander is actually a genetic thing. You either like it or think it tastes like soap. There's no middle ground. Great video as always Ken. All the best.

I guess I could just as easily use any stove top pan. Although I’ve been wanting one of those rice cookers I’m not one for collecting much kitchen stuff. Those look off the chart delicious!!
