Why make the hamburger into patties if you just going to chop it up. You can lump it and fry it instead of making it into patties. It looks like a cheeseburger sub.

Hey my brother as a Brooklyn native you didnβt complete it. Tomatoes are questionable some people like it but with all the other sauces that go in there tomatoes will make it too soggy
Just add a few drops of Kraft Thousand Island With Bacon Salad Dressing and perhaps, some Bread and Butter Pickle Chips and STAND BACK!!! π

Itβs not how New Yorkβs make a chopped cheese but it look good β¦ try seasoning it with adobo and sazon on a roll with lettuce tomato salt pepper vinegar and olive oil with mayo and toast the bread n press it flat
