    Adding a pinch of salt enhances the taste of the chocolate ๐Ÿซ. Also I cute little trick. Used an empty water bottle .. kinda like Poland springs. If you squeeze the bottle over the egg yolk it's separates it for you- so you just left with the white. Found that out taking a cooking class here in NYC

    I made these last night, and they're surprisingly satisfying! I only had plain whey protein from a farmer's market, so here are some tweaks I made:

    -used 90g (equivalent to 3 scoops) of plain whey protein
    -used 4tbs of coco powder to compensate from lack of chocolate in the protein powder
    -a little more than 1/2c of Splenda to compensate from lack of sweetness from protein powder

    hey girl thanks for the recipe and recent motivation ive needed! quick question though, in the video you say 8 ounces and in description bar you say 4. im assuming the correct one is 8 ounces water correct?
